ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Electromechanical assembly can involve the mechanical movement of a switch to make an electrical output, or an electrical signal to make a mechanical movement. Electro-Technik have been providing an electromechanical assembly service for over 30 years. We work collaboratively with our customers to ensure we match your exact requirements, each of our customers will have a direct manager they can communicate with there are any questions that need to be answered.

 

Electro-Technik have many accreditations, including a BS EN management systems certificate, ISO certificates and the Queens Award for Innovation. We are also UL approved, allowing us to provide our electromechanically assembly services to the American and Canadian market. Our UL listed products mean that they have been tested to meet specific and defined requirements.

 

Our highly skilled team are fully experienced and trained in all aspects of delivering an electromechanical assembly project successfully. Our electromechanical assembly service is performed on an assembly line and completed by either a team or an individual. We have provided our service to a variety of industries, like aerospace, automotive and medical sectors.

Every product will pass through either visual or continuity testing. We utilise Cirrus easy wire electrical testing equipment as well as bespoke testing rights for box build projects. We base a strong emphasis on quality control, and we have strict disciplines. We will also keep relevant testing records on file to help assist with further requirements.
