Electro-Technik would like to welcome Michal Pawlik to the Management team as Quality and Technical Co-Ordinator to help streamline our manufacturing processes in our Cable Harness business.
Michal joins us with a wealth of previous manufacturing experience within the Automotive Industry whereby his primary focus was on the delivery of top quality cable harness.
He is currently working through his HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Dudley College. To further his A level equivalent qualifications in Poland in Geography, Physics, Maths and English.
Michal will be responsible for all the Quality for our cable harness and wiring looms business including the ISO accreditation and managing the continual development in IPC Accreditation procedure. He will be involved with new customer’s technical teams helping develop new cable harness & wiring loom projects with the designs and the production of samples and drawings utilising AutoCAD.

Electro-Technik was proud to be associated with a lighting project as a licensed manufacturer handling manufacture, distribution and financial control. The product was awarded the Queens award to industry for Enterprise and Innovation in 2006. Electro-Technik was involved in the initial development of the product including financing indicative testing to prove its viability and continued to be involved throughout the life of the product.
The photo above shows our Administration Manager Caroline Scott meeting her Majesty the Queen at the presentation of the award at Buckingham Palace. She also had the pleasure of meeting the Earl and Countess of Wessex, the Duke of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent and Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra, the Honourable Lady Ogilvy.
Snaplite was manufactured in the UK under license by Electro-Technik Limited of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Steve Rushworth has successfully passed his IPC 620 exam which is fantastic news for the business. As Steve has only been with us a relatively short time, it endorses our belief in the development of our staff in building for the future.
We recognised as a business that our quality IPC award allows us to strive towards becoming an industry leader in our field of expertise. Our aim is to get all our production staff qualified by the end of 2015.
